The artist's location is unrestricted, with schedules adjusted to account for time zone disparities and other obligations. Meetings typically occur on Mondays and Wednesdays, but can be modified as needed. Curatorial meetings are scheduled according to the artist's schedule. As for the two meetings with the guest curator and artist/ sustainability expert, it may have varying dates and times based on availability.
